Practice for Today
Look around and say:
“I see no neutral things because I have no neutral thoughts.”
Then choose one thing:
“I do not see a neutral ______, because my thoughts about ______ are not neutral.”
Do not judge yourself.
Do not force the feeling to change.
Just notice what colour your thoughts are adding.
